Hanna Dufva is a TCTSY- facilitator, an artist and an art facilitator. Hanna has about 20 years of group guiding experience and has been offering art and yoga and trauma-sensitive relaxation skills workshops and services as a volunteer and as a professional. Social justice and human rights are Hanna´s motivation and they wish to see environments adapting a trauma-sensitive approach and becoming more accessible for people with unseen challenges. Sanna Laukkanen, TCTSY-F, RYT 200, B.A. Helsinki, Finland
Sanna has worked in social services for 14 years and has experience in counselling and expert assignments with particularly vulnerable minorities. She is also a trauma sensitive yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F) and a yoga teacher (RYT200), currently completing her RYT300 yoga teacher continuing education and studying solution focused therapy. Sanna offers trauma sensitive yoga in individual and group settings and has experience in working with complex or developmental trauma, PTSD, traumatic grief, anxiety, toxic stress and chronic pain. Sanna is passionate about promoting TCTSY and sees body based practices as a fundamental resource in supporting well-being and recovery. She is currently collaborating with the Finnish Mental Health Association and The Finnish Association for Trauma and Dissociation. Sanna is based in Helsinki, Finland and offers workshops, courses and private classes through her own company Joogapolku.
