Who is this for?
Yoga teachers, social workers, educators, mental health professionals, community leaders, and other service providers with a beginning interest in trauma-informed perspectives.
What will I learn?
An brief overview of trauma and key concepts of the proprietary TCTSY methodology, including the research behind it and how to utilize some of its components.
How does it work?
5 hours of independent, online study via our virtual learning platform, hosted on the Center for Trauma and Embodiment website.

This distance-learning course is not intended to replace in-person training in TCTSY or in the practice of yoga. It does not qualify participants to facilitate TCTSY.
